This Saks Fifth Ave is located in the heart of Las Vegas near the strip. It is next to Macys and Nordstrom. This is a lovely two level store with a wide selection; the first floor is dedicated to women and the second floor is all for men. It does have an elevator and escalator, although the escalator to go down was not working, so the elevator is the only option. When you arrived you are greeted by a friendly valet parking attendant for which there is no charge ( only a well deserved tip is required). I try to use the handy-cap bottom to open the door, since I was carrying a large box with me to return a gown which I had purchase on Saks online. But the handicap access bottom did not worked. Then, when you enter the store there is no one to greet you and guide to find the department. I finally found an employee and ask for the department I was looking for and she send me to the wrong place. There are very few employees and is a struggle to find help. The store is lovely and having background music would be a plus. The wifi works great in the store. With a few tweaks this would be a perfect store.

I’ve never experienced such awful customer service. I went around to about five different associates, (that were just standing around doing nothing), before finding someone that would finally help me. They were all so rude & miserable. I also had to witness the associate helping me lose her patients and yell at her co-worker that asked a simple question. Extremely unprofessional environment. There was a new hire that was lovely but unfortunately the lady training her had to ruin our exchange. I love saks but the employees at this location are absolutely insufferable.

Just called this store to find out about balenciaga bags selection . The guy who helped Mauricio was very helpful but when I was trying to put one bag on hold he just hang on me . Very rude and disrespectful. Never will be shop with you guys again

Luxury prices without the luxury vibe. Staff were friendly enough but in a haze of boredom. The layout was confusing and prices were higher compared to other stores selling identical products. We left without anything

Used to shop there years ago but nowadays it really doesnt attract me at all. Kind of over priced, old lady fashions. Cocky sales people. Weird choices of clothing. Kind of an overrated store. More so for wanna be, show of customers, not me. I can find better n more trendy items for way lesser prices. Sakk sucks🤣🤣🤣 …
